1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "phcrow," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phcrow platform, its operators, affiliated entities, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the phcrow platform, whether as a registered account holder or casual visitor.
• "Platform" or "Service" refers to the phcrow website located at phcrow.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, content, features, and functionality offered by phcrow.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a user to access phcrow's gaming services, identified by unique login credentials.

You represent that you are not accessing the phcrow platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where phcrow is prohibited from offering services. 3.3 Account Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not create an account if you are under legal guardianship, are subject to bankruptcy proceedings, or have been declared legally incompetent by a court of law. You may hold only one (1) account with phcrow. Creation of multiple accounts, use of another person's account, or allowing others to use your account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access certain features of the phcrow platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by our registration form. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and payment information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur to ensure accuracy.

4.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create unique login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify phcrow of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. phcrow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification

phcrow employs industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify user identities and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification documents, or other materials as reasonably requested by phcrow. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

5.1 Deposit Methods

phcrow accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banking institutions, and such other methods as phcrow may designate from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are subject to phcrow's fraud detection and anti-money laundering procedures. phcrow reserves the right to refuse any deposit that raises security concerns.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

You may request withdrawal of funds from your account at any time, subject to completion of all applicable identity verification requirements and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. phcrow reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigations related to suspected Terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Certain bonuses, promotions, or free play credits offered by phcrow may be subject to wagering requirements before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits while wagering bonuses, and other conditions will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Funds in your account may be segregated between bonus funds and withdrawable cash funds. Withdrawal requests may be processed only against your withdrawable balance after all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or phcrow staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phcrow's software or systems.

phcrow reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities, void associated wagers and winnings, and report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the phcrow platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of phcrow or our content licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phcrow platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in compliance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the phcrow platform except as incidental to normal web browsing or as expressly authorized in writing by phcrow. Unauthorized use of phcrow's intellectual property may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHCROW, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the phcrow platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or interruptions in service;
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or data;
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on information obtained through the platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL PHCROW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO PHCROW IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the phcrow platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

9.3 Complaint Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute concerning the phcrow platform or any aspect of our services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. Our support team will investigate your complaint and provide a response within seven (7) business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate the complaint to our management team for further review. phcrow is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns in good faith.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

phcrow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior;
• Failure to complete identity verification requirements;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Business reasons deemed necessary by phcrow in our sole discretion.

Upon termination of your account, your right to use the phcrow platform immediately ceases. phcrow will process withdrawal of any remaining withdrawable balance in your account, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or amounts owed to phcrow. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited entirely. Terminated users may not re-register or create new accounts without express written permission from phcrow.

Any failure by phcrow to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from phcrow. phcrow may freely assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. These Terms bind and inure to the benefit of each party's permitted successors and assigns.

12.4 Force Majeure

phcrow shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
